The Burghotel Staufeneck, located between Ulm and Stuttgart, has been captivating guests for generations with its unique combination of historic romance and modern luxury. A special highlight at Burghotel Staufeneck is the black chafing dishes from HEPP with PVD gold accents, which blend stylishly into the breakfast buffet. Not only does the appearance impress: "We were already familiar with the excellent quality and high functionality of HEPP products from the 'Night of the Stars' event and knew that we could fully rely on this reliability," continues Ann-Kathrin Schurr. The decision for close cooperation was made at the 'Night of the Stars' in the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, where the Staufeneck team provided culinary highlights and HEPP ensured an appealing presentation.
In family ownership for four generations, Burghotel Staufeneck has continuously evolved. Initially, a former kiosk was transformed into a restaurant, which has been awarded a Michelin star for 30 consecutive years. This was followed by an event location and eventually the five-star hotel. In addition to the fine dining, the rustic, Swabian-influenced castle restaurant also delights guests.
A plentiful breakfast buffet is a must at Burghotel Staufeneck. However, when around 70 guests order their eggs à la minute on a Sunday morning, the workload increases significantly. Ann-Kathrin Schurr sought a solution to simplify the processes and found it in the HEPP chafing dishes. "This way, we can offer guests an even more personalized service. We continue to serve coffee at the table and, thanks to the chafing dishes, have noticeably relieved both the kitchen and the service," she explains.
